First, consider the fuel system

1. If the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is insufficient, timely check and readjust the fuel supply quantity of the fuel supply pump, and replace the aging or damaged parts.

2. Poor atomization or injection pressure of injector is not enough, and related parts are damaged, resulting in oil leakage and poor atomization, which easily leads to cylinder shortage and engine power shortage. Clean, grind or replace the injector in time.

3. There is air or blockage in the fuel filter or pipeline, resulting in blocked oil inlet, insufficient power and even difficulty in ignition. Clean the air entering the pipeline, clean the diesel filter element, and replace the fuel filter core if necessary.

Second, the intake and exhaust system failure

1. If the exhaust pipe is blocked or the connecting pipe is too long, the turning radius is too small, and there are too many elbows, which will lead to the increase of exhaust back pressure. The dirt in the exhaust pipe should be removed: the exhaust pipe should be replaced, and there should be no more than three elbows, and the exhaust cross section should be large enough.

2. If the air filter is blocked, it will not be replaced for a long time. If it is not clean, the obstruction will be increased, the air flow will be reduced, and the engine power will be insufficient. Clean the air filter core or remove the dust on the paper filter element, and replace the filter element if necessary.
